Identify Your Dominant LipoType(s)

Your LipoType(s) determines how YOU gain and lose weight. Finding and working with it is the key to sustainable weight loss. There are 10 lipo types. Each has its unique SetPoint dynamics, and ways in which to work with it to permanently lose weight.

Everything you put in your body – and how your body or metabolism responds to it – becomes the key influencer in how you efficiently (or not) convert fats into vital energy. Our bodies have core deficiencies in many of the systems determining our metabolic rate. These deficiencies are reflective of certain genetic tendencies, early childhood and teen experiences left uncorrected, and, key traumas and overloads we’ve experienced as we age and evolve. As these deficiencies continue to create imbalances in our physical bodies, they become raw psychological  and emotional materials determining our biochemical “lipotype” later in life.

All of us usually have three or more core deficiencies driving our imbalances and accumulating extra weight on our systems and bodies. Once this occurs, no matter what age, other organs and systems of the body can over-compensate creating a “stress load” on the body so the body’s set point for its ideal  (according to your unique genetics) weight level goes way down. These imbalances create certain characteristics and stressors on the physical body not easily resolved without treatment and correction. This is why weight loss can become impossible to achieve permanently.

These core deficiencies are expressed as individual weight types or LipoTypes – the type of characteristics each organ and system expresses before correction and the transformed characteristics after supplemental treatment.

Are they like Blood Types?

LipoTypes are based on genetic inclinations, as is your blood type, however, they are functionally based on how we manage (or don’t manage) fats efficiently through the liver. Managing fats efficiently through the liver is the key to sustaining an ideal aboriginal weight level and metabolic setpoint.

There are ten (10) core LipoTypes. Most people exhibit at least three tendencies which must be corrected simultaneously or through a protocol strategy during a weight loss program. Usually there is one key and core dysfunction that is the main culprit for being overweight.

Through our LipoTyping process we can begin to uncover these types and then correct them integratively through nutritional supplementation and a customized companion weight loss program.
